smart：一个新的智能电动车品牌

[车友头条-车友号-GeekCar]  吉利控股收购 smart 50%股权的事情终于在今天下午尘埃落定：蔡澈和李书福在杭州签订合约，戴姆勒集团和浙江吉利控股集团将组建合资公司，在全球共同运营发展 smart 品牌。

关键信息：

合资公司总部设在中国，双方各持股 50%，smart 将成为纯电动智能汽车品牌。

全新一代纯电动 smart 将由梅赛德斯-奔驰的全球设计部门负责设计，吉利控股全球研发中心负责工程研发。新车型将在中国的全新工厂生产，预计 2022 年开始投放市场并销往全球。

至于现款 smart，会继续生产销售。在 2022 年推出全新车型之前，戴姆勒将继续在法国汉巴赫工厂（生产 smart EQ fortwo）和斯洛文尼亚新梅斯托工厂（生产 smart EQ forfour）生产 smart 现有车型。

签约之后，蔡澈在个人领英账号上还发表了一篇文章，标题为「More smart than ever before: Joint venture of Geely and Daimler」，借此回顾 smart 品牌的历史，并且展望和吉利的合作。

蔡澈自己的文案是这么写的：「My conviction is that smart has always been a brand for people who question the status-quo. That applies to our customers and also to our colleagues. The big idea of the little smart still has so much more potential. That’s why we want to strike out in new directions together with Geely. Radical rethinking has been part of this unique brand’s DNA from the very beginning. It still is. And that’s how it should be.」
